Truck drivers are on the road 6 days a week, 24 hours a day, transporting goods of enormous value with expensive equipment throughout Europe. They are out in all weathers and traffic conditions and deliver with high precision and punctuality. Not everyone, however, has the nerves required for such a high pressure job, pushing some to their limits on a daily basis. The Drive-Consult selection process measures both physical and psychological performance parameters with high levels of reliability. These are personality traits which are hard to train. For example, the ability to work in pressured or monotonous environments. Or responsiveness, because reaction time is not everything. Personality attributes such as risky decision making are also tested. An assessment lasts in total approximately 2 hours and gives a comprehensive picture of candidate potential and aptitude. Even when prognoses about the future are difficult: personnel ideally qualified for the job cause less fines, absenteeism and stay longer in the company.

Appointments
For individual candidates, appointments can be given within a week. For groups of 10 or more, appointments with 2 weeks notice.

Testing centres
In all Austrian main cities. Our mobile crew can also test in-house throughout Austria and Germany.
