It is morning rush hour. Hectic traffic requires full attention. Running behind schedule adds to the pressure. In the passenger cabin children being to fight. A young mother with a pram needs help boarding.

Who doesn't admire them, the bus and tram drivers who attend to the job at hand with concentration and coolness.

However, holding one's nerve under such strenuous conditions is not everyone's forte. The job pushes some to their limit on a daily basis. „Skill can be taught, personality cannot.“. A simple, yet true rule-of-thumb from the HR branch. The Drive-Consult selection process measures both physical and psychological performance parameters with high levels of reliability. These are personality traits which are hard to train. For example the ability to work in pressured or monotonous environments. Or responsiveness, because reaction time is not everything.

Personality attributes such as risky decision making are also tested. An examination lasts a total of approximatley 2 hours and gives a comprehensive picture of candidate potential and aptitude. Even when prognoses about the future are difficult: personnel ideally qualified for the job have less absenteeism and stay longer in the company.

For individual candidates, appointments can be given within a week. For groups of 10 or more, appointments with 2 weeks notice.

In all Austrian main cities. Our mobile crew can also test in-house throughout Austria and Germany.
