Railway

„Skill can be taught, personality cannot.“. A simple, yet true rule-of-thumb from the HR branch. The Drive-Consult selection process for private railways comprises of railway specific performance tests, personality tests and a detailed interview. It measures both physical and psychological performance parameters with high reliability. These are personality traits which are hard to train. For example, the ability to work in pressured or monotonous environments. Or responsiveness, because reaction time is not everything.

Personality attributes such as risky decision making are also tested. The assessment process gives a comprehensive picture of candidate potential and aptitude. Even when prognoses about the future are difficult: personnel ideally qualified for the job don't just fulfill minimum legal requirements. They have less absenteeism and stay longer in the company.

The selection process lasts approximately 2 hours per candidate. On request, we will be happy to send you sample candidate assessment reports or visit your company for a presentation.

Appointments
For individual candidates, appointments can generally be given within a week. For groups of 10 or more, appointments with 2 weeks notice.

Testing centres
In all Austrian main cities. Our mobile crew can also test in-house throughout Austria and Germany.

Candidate appraisal reports are sent directly to our clients.

Waiting period for appraisal reports
Maximum 1 week, groups by arrangement.
