The Drive-Consult selection process measures both physical and psychological performance parameters with high levels of reliability. These are personality traits which are hard to train. For example the ability to work in pressured or monotonous environments. Or responsiveness, because reaction time is not everything. Personality attributes such as risky decision making are also tested. An examination lasts a total of approximatley 2 hours and gives a comprehensive picture of candidate potential and aptitude.

Should an accident ever happen, assessment reports can help with legal consequences and support public relations.

Appointments
For individual candidates, appointments can be given within a week. For groups of 10 or more, appointments with 2 weeks notice.

Testing centres
In all Austrian main cities. Our mobile crew can also test in-house throughout Austria and Germany.

Maximum 1 week, groups by arrangement.
